The federal agency enforcing laws against workplace discrimination has ruled in favor of Anucha Browne Sanders in her sexual harassment complaint against Madison Square Garden [part of Cablevision], determining that there is probable cause for her claims. In affirming Browne Sanders' allegation that she was subjected to sexual harassment and fired from her job as a Garden executive for complaining about it, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission dealt a blow to the Garden, Knicks coach and president Isiah Thomas, and MSG chairman James Dolan... MSG released a statement yesterday calling Browne Sanders' case "a false and financially motivated fabrication brought by a disgruntled former employee."
