It has come to our attention that there is an advertising and promotion campaign in Tibet that some people find objectionable. This campaign celebrates the "peaceful liberation of Tibet," which Tibetans and supporters state was actually an invasion of an independent nation. This advertising campaign is the responsibility of our licensee in China. Pabst would not engage in this type of a campaign. Pabst Brewing Company does not have any approval rights for advertising and promotion under the existing license agreement. None-the-less we have communicated with our licensee about the situation. We will also work to improve our controls over the use of our name in the future.
