UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

  • For commentaries on the Guiding Principles prior to their endorsement, click here.

  • For statements on implementation of the Guiding Principles submitted in response to the UN Secretary-General's 2012 call for input, click here.


We invite anyone making comments on the Guiding Principles to also send the comments to regaignon@business-humanrights.org for inclusion here.

Principles were endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council on 16 June 2011.  Full text of its resolution
