Australia: Investment Survey finds that only 4% of ethical funds have exclusions for human rights violations

Results from the Responsible Investment Association of Australia (RIAA) show of the ethical managers surveyed, only 5 per cent of their combined funds under management had fossil fuel exclusions and 4 per cent exclusions for violation of human rights. This is despite the fact that retail investors are increasingly concerned about excluding businesses involved in either fossil fuels or human rights violations.
