DRC: rivers allegedly polluted by mines operating in Katanga

Ruashi, Tenke Fungurume, Somika, Kamoya, Metalkol, MIKAS, Mutanda, Kambove and KCC mines are allegedly polluting water, abusing of the right to a clean, healthy and safe environment and violating environmental safety standards. BHRC invited all company owners to respond, and from those Glencore (owner of KCC and Mutanda), Huayou (owner of MIKAS) and Tenke Fungurume Mining responded.
