Book Launch: Human Rights Litigation against Multinationals in Practice

This book, edited by Richard Meeran of Leigh Day’s reviews multinational human rights litigation predominantly on behalf of victims in the Global South, in the main countries where it has been pursued, namely the UK, South Africa, Canada, Australia, the US, the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

The book was officially launched at a 11 November event featuring an online roundtable discussion with the authors, who have been involved in many of the key cases in these countries, and who offered their perspectives and insights on the current state of play and some of the opportunities and challenges for the future.
