Considering the significant social mobilizations that occurred in Bangladesh last year, our suppliers have reported economic disruptions affecting their operations. Mango has been closely monitoring the situation and, despite our efforts to maintain orders, these challenges presented by the global market and other brands have occasionally impacted their performance.

...both manufacturing factories Alema Textile and Mim Design have confirmed to Mango that salary payments are currently up to date. We are closely monitoring the situation and collecting evidence to ensure this remains the case, as well as to prevent future occurrences.

Furthermore, in view of the above and having regard to the circumstances concerning the ongoing political transition, we have reaffirmed our commitment to these factories by continuing to assign them orders. They currently have active orders from Mango, and we are working to ensure that the four key purchasing practice indicators - price, lead times, payment terms, and order volume - align with their needs and our business relationship.
