New Discrimination Charges for Denny's [USA] [scroll down]

Even after shelling out millions in settlements and introducing racial-sensitivity training programs for all of its employees, Denny's has received new charges of racial discrimination. A Michigan-based restaurant-management corporation filed a complaint claiming that [Denny's] routinely placed franchisees owned by people of color in underperforming locations while giving more favorable locations to white owners...Denny's responded in a statement, calling the allegations "false and without merit."...this is not the first time Denny's has been accused of discrimination.
