[PDF] Building a research network on ‘Companies, conflict and human rights’ [Spain]

This...conference...is a follow-up to “The Role and Responsibilities of Companies in Conflict Situations: Advancing the Research Agenda”...Discussions will focus on the international markets in conventional arms, private military and security services, as well as on the access, exploitation and trade of natural resources. The conference will also include a session on the potential for businesses in peace-building. The aim of the conference is twofold: first, to discuss the ongoing and future research agenda and second, to consider the possibility of setting up an international research network from an interdisciplinary perspective.
