The mining operation of the mining corridor in southern Peru has brought with it great and serious environmental and social impacts for the communities that inhabit the territory, affecting the human rights of the population. The NGO CooperAcción produces a report titled "Impacts of mining companies on human rights in the southern mining corridor" to make these effects visible.
