"Ministry detects 368 violations of summer work ban directive,"

The Ministry of Labour (MoL) said it had detected 368 violations of the decision banning working in outdoor areas in the afternoon during summer from June 1 to September 15.

... the violations were registered when the inspection teams of itsOccupational Safety and Health Department conducted multiple inspection campaigns to enforce the decision...

The ministry has called on all companies to adhere to working hours during the summer to avoid legal measures. It has said the measures stem from Qatar’s keenness to ensure the safety and health of workers and the work environment.
