Barnes Farming takes the health and safety of each one of its team members extremely seriously, has prioritized health and safety since the farm started, and continues to do so. The North Carolina Department of Labor completed its investigation and issued citations, which remain merely allegations, and which Barnes is contesting. Barnes will continue to work with the North Carolina Department of Labor during this ongoing process.
