Decision № 123194244, 15.11.2024, Vilnohirskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

An individual (PERSON_1) filed a lawsuit against LLC Motronivsky Mining and Processing Plant seeking unpaid wages, compensation for unused annual leave, and moral damages. He stated that he was employed as a bulldozer operator from 14 December 2016 to29 July 2024, under an open-ended employment contract. The contract was terminated on 30 August 2024, by mutual agreement (Article 36 of the Labor Code of Ukraine). Despite wages being calculated for May, June, and July 2024 (after tax deductions), the employer failed to pay them.

The court partially satisfied the claim and ordered LLC Motronivsky Mining and Processing Plant (EDRPOU code 39376858) to pay PERSON_1 moral damages in the amount of 8,000 UAH.
