According to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation purchased all-terrain vehicles produced by Shandong Odes Industry for the needs of its army. In addition, the company allegedly continues to actively supply other vehicles to Russia and pay taxes to the Russian budget. In particular, in the period from February 2022 to July 2023, the company imported goods worth more than USD 16 million.
