A report by Uzbek Forum for Human Rights highlights risks, and responsibilities faced by companies when sourcing from Uzbekistan’s cotton and textile industries with a particular focus on German companies and their compliance with obligations to respect human rights in their supply chains.

The report also raises concerns about Indorama's threats to file criminal charges against monitors, as well as violations of workers' freedoms of association and expression.

Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Indorama Agro to respond. The company did not.
