柬埔寨港口城市西哈努克（Sihanoukville）一座正在施工的建筑物发生倒塌，至今造成至少造成28人死亡，20多人受伤，其中一些人伤势很重。柬埔寨当局起诉了7人，当中包括5名中国籍人士。
