On 4 December, police asked Anton Filatov, an activist and deputy head of Anti-corruption center in Lermontov city, to come to a police station for questioning. This was related to a complaint submitted against Filatov. The activist is accused of insulting representatives of authorities at a meeting with local residents who are protesting against construction of a chemical factory over health concerns. Filatov denies all allegations and continues collecting signatures for a petition to stop the construction of the chemical factory.
