At least 140 garment workers, including a pregnant woman, were injured in fresh incidents of factory stampede and a related bus in the port city yesterday. Of the injured victims, condition of 20 was stated to be critical... about 10,000 garment workers of 12 factories of a six-storey building in Muradpur forced their way out to safety after an electric transformer...exploded... About 100 of the workers trying to escape through narrow stairs were injured in a stampede...
