Alba [Aluminium Bahrain] urges business leaders to join Global Compact [Bahrain]

The Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) Chief Executive, Bruce Hall, has reached out to key government officials and some of Bahrain's most influential business leaders with an invitation to join a world wide initiative to help develop and promote responsible corporate citizenship..."The UN's Global Compact initiative has since proved a remarkable success but although membership has shot up to more than 1,500, there remains a very low level of activity from the Arab states and, other than the Alba instance, no activity at all from Bahrain," said Hall.
