AT&T is Named “Best Place to Work” for LGBT Employees [USA]

Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees have found a great place to work and grow at AT&T, according to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation. For the 10th year in a row, AT&T made the organization’s “Best Places to Work” list for LGBT employees…“It is extremely meaningful when reputed organizations like the Human Rights Campaign grade us a perfect 100,” said Debbie Storey, AT&T senior vice president of talent development and chief diversity officer. “Today’s workforce, particularly young people, who are looking for a great place to work in 2013 and beyond increasingly select companies that can show they value diversity and inclusion.
