Australia: Draft Guidance on Modern Slavery Act (2018) released for public consultation

Draft Guidance on the Modern Slavery Act (2018) has been released by the Department of Home Affairs for public consultation (linked below). 

Submissions on the Draft Guidance are open until 19 May 2019. Information on the Draft Guidance submissions process is available on the Home Affairs website

The final Guide will likely be finalised by end-June.
