Bargaining power of benefit to workers [China]

More than 85,000 enterprises in Jiangsu province negotiated and signed wage contracts with trade unions last year. The revelation of the growing trend towards employee bargaining power came as the People's Daily reported that workers at Deze Company recently signed a contract on pay and conditions with the German firm's management.
