Boost for women in boardroom as companies seek fresh skills [UK]

Almost half – or 47 per cent – of first-time appointments to the FTSE 350 were female in 2012, compared to just 11 per cent in 2007…However…the drive to see more women on FTSE 100 boards stalled this year.
