Four Burmese refugees have filed a lawsuit in a Belgian court against TotalFinaElf SA and its Chief Executive Officer Thierry Desmaret for crimes against humanity...It's the first of what may be many more cases against multinational corporations operating in developing countries, due to a controversial Belgian human rights law.
