There are signs that it is beginning to support the Protect, Respect, Remedy Framework, and the Guiding Principles on business and human rights...Alongside these governmental developments, a number of civil society and non-government organisations continue to work in various ways to advance human rights in contexts where they are threatened by business activity...Many of these practitioners and academics have come together in the Australian Corporate Accountability Network.
