Campaigns Officer (Activism) at ActionAid UK
As Campaign Officer you will develop and deliver UK tax justice campaign activities. This will involve working with colleagues across Europe and activists in the global South to create and implement public campaigning and communications projects. You will ensure communications meet brand guidelines and work to deliver a wide range of campaign tactics, including blogs and events as well as actions and public speaking, to increase the impact of our activities. A significant part of the role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with very engaged supporters and networks. In addition, you will monitor impact, share learning and use knowledge gained to maximise the effectiveness of our work. We will also look to you to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends to ensure we continue to be relevant.
With experience of public campaigning, including identifying and influencing targets, you will be skilled at writing and designing campaign actions and materials, using both online and print approaches. With a record of success in communicating public campaigns which inspire and motivate people to take action you are able to work in a cross-organisational team to deliver on projects/strategies and are comfortable using different routes and tactics to achieve campaign objectives. You will also be experienced at developing strategies to engage with and sustain supporters/volunteers.

Salary: £33,664 - £34,682 per annum
