CAREER PROS: Stopping Sexual Harassment [USA]

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed legislation last year to require that California managers receive two-hours of sexual harassment training every two years...But as progressive as California's new law might seem, it's a bit off the mark...managers usually only witness limited portions of employee conversations or interactions...Bernie Kulchin, vice president of human resources for Cubic Corp, advocates educating rank-and-file workers about how the company feels about sexual harassment and letting them know there is a plan in place to address their complaints.
