Chemical blast toll in China rises to 22

The toll from an explosion that ripped through a chemical plant in eastern China rose on Saturday to 22 dead and 29 injured, state media said...[The] blast occurred on Friday morning at the Yancheng Fuyuan Chemical Co. site, a Sino-German joint venture in Jiangsu province's Sheyang county, Xinhua news agency said.
