China company get fingertips into North Korea

Dashing Diva [part of part of Tianjin Jci Cosmetic], maker of artificial finger nails, will become the first foreign firm to set up in a South Korean industrial enclave in the North that Seoul hopes will educate its communist neighbour in the ways of capitalism...The three year-old industrial zone...is already home to some 24 South Korean-owned factories. But until now, North Korea's international pariah status has kept foreign investors away and a number of major markets bar products from the North. The U.S point man for human rights in North Korea has expressed concern that wages for North Korean workers may be going directly into the pockets of Pyongyang's leaders.
