Updating the Resource Centre Digital Platform

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is at a critical point in its development. Our digital platform is home to a wealth of information on business and human rights, but hasn’t had a visual refresh for a number of years.

We will soon be updating the site to improve its usability and better serve the thousands of people that use our site to support their work.

China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) non-response: Migrant Workers in UAE (2018 survey)

We invited China Harbour Engineering Company to respond to our 2018 survey on the welfare of their migrant workers on projects in UAE; China Harbour Engineering Company did not respond. The results of the survey were published in our briefing On Shaky Ground: Migrant Workers Rights in Qatar & UAE Construction.

The briefing follows our 2016 publication A Wall of Silence: the Construction Sector's Response to Migrant Rights in Qatar and UAE. China Harbour Engineering Company also did not respond to this survey.
