By April 2013, Chinese companies had signed Memoranda of Understanding for more than 60 projects in a range of sectors including roads, schools, telecoms, energy, and bridges...A joint research project between South Sudanese and Chinese academics in July helped shed light on how Chinese companies in Unity State are communicating with local populations affecting their work.
