Corporate killing law to include police and prisons as Government admits defeat [UK]

The [Corporate Manslaughter] Bill allows companies to be prosecuted for gross negligence leading to deaths of employees or members of the public. Yesterday campaigners and lawyers welcomed the Government defeat and the certainty that the Bill will now become law.
