Corporate Legal Accountability Annual Briefings

The Corporate Legal Accountability Annual Briefing is published by Business & Human Rights Resource Centre to assist all those following corporate legal accountability issues.  The briefing provides an overview of corporate legal accountability for human rights, summarising trends and developments in this field.  It is an opportunity to take a step back and assess corporate legal accountability from a global perspective.  The goal is to help a wide audience understand what is happening in different parts of the world.  Our most recent briefing was issued in March 2020: Defending Defenders: Challenging Malicious Lawsuits in Southeast Asia.

The Resource Centre also publishes a Corporate Legal Accountability Quarterly Update, available here.
