Dead sewage [Israel]

It seems that the Dead Sea Works company [unit of ICL Fertilizers] is not only considered one of the major causes for the drying out of the Dead Sea, but is also responsible for polluting it by emptying sewage and waste into the sea...Data submitted to the commission reveals that the Dead Sea Works is not connected to the region's sewage system and pours waste through a canal to the dehydrating northern part of the Sea.
