In addition, the UN Working Group on business & human rights presented the initial results of a survey sent to all Member States of the United Nations in October 2012.  We will post the results here as soon as they are available.  According to the Working Group, "This survey is aimed at understanding the early challenges, opportunities and policy innovations by Member States in the implementation of the Guiding Principles."
