Dunkin Donuts cited for child labor law violations [USA]

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley announced on Tuesday that two Dunkin Donuts franchise owners were cited and fined for violating Massachusetts child labor laws...[and] five franchise locations have been fined a total of $7,700...The allegations included that the franchises employed minors before the earliest permissible hour and after the latest permissible hour, that a minor worked more than the maximum daily work hours allowed under the laws, that the owners employed minors without the necessary work permits and that the owners failed to post all minors' work schedules in the workplace.
