关于对我公司排水的报道与事实不符...2010年...我公司因排水问题和使用坑塘存放循环水的问题被罚款是由于建厂初期公司按环境影响评价文件要求执行零排水，后因设计工艺等暂不能是实现零排放，公司对原环境影响评价文件进行了变更，并...取得了自治区环保厅允许排水的批文...关于报道中提到的未经许可的情况下排放废水，我公司认为这严重与事实不符。公司从建厂到投产严格按照环保“三同时”要求执行，环保设施同步设计、同步施工并同步投入了使用，并于2012年6月13日通过了自治区环保厅组织的建设项目环境保护竣工验收...
