[Ecosign response to Green Salvation rejoinder

...It is disconcerting to learn that Green Salvation’s petition was drafted a year ago and pre-dates the Design Team’s involvement in the Kok Zhailau project. Please note that we are not responsible for statements that pre-date our involvement in the project or that have been made by representatives of the Almaty Akimat or other 3rd parties. The Design Team was awarded the contract to develop a feasibility study of the local budget of the investment project “Ski Resort Kok Zhailau” in July 2012 via international public procurement procedure and our participation in the project is in accordance to all local and international laws...The presence of ski resorts within or immediately adjacent to National Parks is common place worldwide...The Design Team believes that the responsible development of tourism infrastructure at Kok Zhailau will greatly increase foreign tourism to the region...Please refer to CaspiEcology’s studied response to the additional environmental, social, and health concerns posed by Green Salvation.
