"Five dead so far in Sinai cement factory accident", 27 Dec 2014

At least five have been reported killed and 28 injured in an accident at a cement factory in Egypt’s North Sinai Saturday, the health ministry told Ahram Online. According to Al-Ahram Arabic news website, a metal silo collapsed, falling on the workers in the factory.

The injured have been moved to Al-Arish Hospital. Security officials rushed to the scene of the accident. No further details have yet been given. Last September, a three-storey factory collapsed in Cairo’s Obour City leaving five workers dead.
