Employee files harassment claim against Mullinax Ford [USA]

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Cleveland on Thursday against Mullinax Ford and the…company that runs the dealership [AutoNation]. According to the lawsuit, managers frequently made racist comments about black customers and used offensive racial slurs at staff meetings. A spokesman for the dealership’s parent company, AutoNation, denied the allegations.
