Ethiopia: Protestors target foreign-owned companies that took "land from the farmers without giving enough compensation"
In the recent past, the Oromo have been targeting foreign-owned companies, which they perceive as backed by the central government, in protest against marginalisation. The protesters killed a foreigner and torched a truck and machinery belonging to a foreign-owned cement factory.
