The Centre for Environmental Law (CEL) at Macquarie University extends invitation for the 2023 Annual Lecture on "Climate Change in the Courts: A Responsive Approach".

Professor Malcolm Langford, Professor of Public Law at the University of Oslo, will be joining as keynote speaker. Drawing on examples from both foreign and Australian courts, Professor Langford will offer a thought-provoking perspective on how courts can take a responsive approach to climate change to reduce epistemic uncertainty and increase the political acceptance of court decisions.

The Discussant will be Brynn O’Brien, the Executive Director of the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility.

Others are welcome to register via this link.
