Exposed: how M&S uses wood from rainforests

The company [Marks & Spencer] came bottom of a league table, compiled by the campaign group, Greenpeace, of companies that offer furniture products made from ethically-sourced timber...Only Asda [part of Wal-Mart] had a similarly bad record...Other firms such as B&Q [part of Kingfisher] and Woolworths source 80 per cent of their furniture products from FSC [Forest Stewardship Council] -certified timber.
