Facebook joins Internet rights group

Facebook, under pressure to band with other Internet companies to create ethical standards for doing business globally, has joined the Global Network Initiative as an “observer,” the group announced Thursday...Founded in 2008, GNI has worked on policies to help technology firms handle human rights issues when doing business worldwide.
