Former Employee Sues Toyota [USA]

A former Toyota employee is claiming the company fired him in retaliation and because of his age. Kevin Fields, who had worked for Toyota about 11 years, was fired June 22 after reporting a supervisor for age discrimination against two other employees. In the suit, Fields claims after he reported the supervisor, he was given him low scores on an evaluation and fired. The suit is seeking lost wages and benefits along with compensation for the inconvenience and embarrassment.
