We would like to thank the Editorial Board of People’s Map of Global China for contributing a guest blog, which introduces their great effort in visualising information on Chinese invested projects and their social and environmental impacts. The People’s Map of Global China provides a new tool for interested individuals to understand the global imprint of China, particularly the experience of people affected, through a series of in-depth profiles about countries or specific projects. These have been compiled by academics, civil society groups, journalists and others, and the team welcomes more contributions from the wider community of people and groups working on Global China issues.
