Govt. seeks comments on draft guidelines re: Child Labour [India]

In 2008, the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India has prepared a Draft Protocol on Prevention, Rescue, Repatriation and Rehabilitation of Trafficked and Migrant Child Labour. The protocol provides practical guidelines to key stakeholders on crucial issues relating to prevention, rescue, repatriation and rehabilitation of trafficked and migrant child labour.
