Environmental group Greenpeace on Thursday accused U.S. computer giant Hewlett-Packard Co. of dragging its feet in clearing toxic chemicals from the production line. The company recently announced plans to eliminate brominated flame retardants (BFRs) from casings of new products, but Greenpeace China said other firms had taken the same step several years ago and accused HP of "greenwash"... Greenpeace said rival Acer had...plans to announce a substitution plan to phase out all BFRs. It singled out others as laggards, including Apple, Dell, IBM and Lenovo.
