Guatemala: Centre for Environmental, Social & Legal Action receives threats and alleges smear campaign over its litigation against Tahoe Resources

NGOs have raised concerns over intimidation and “smear campaign” against members of the Guatemalan NGO, Centre for Environmental, Social and Legal Action (CALAS). The NGO is litigating a case against a mining concession of Minera San Rafael, part of Tahoe Resources.
