Human Rights Internship at Eileen Fisher

Job Description

The Human Rights Intern will provide administrative and project support to the Social Consciousness team.  This is a paid internship.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Work with the sustainability metrics team in gathering and presenting social data for internal/external purposes using infographics and PowerPoint/Prezi, etc.
  2. Participate in supply chain pre-audit planning and post-audit follow-up activities with external partners.
  3. Assist in preparing for Human Rights Day activities.

Reports to: Human Rights Leader, Social Consciousness

Required Skills

Desired Skills: Strong PowerPoint/Prezi skills.  Ability to generate communication graphics.  Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Education: Currently enrolled in graduate school focusing on Social Impact/Innovation, Sustainability, International Development, or Human Rights studies.

Required Experience

Required Experience: Strong writing, research and analytical skills.  Experience or strong interest with social metrics and comfortable working with different people and teams.

Desired Experience: Previous social responsibility and/or fashion experience preferred.
